Audi Service Advisor
The Service Advisor is responsible for parts and service sales on the Service Drive and for proper handling of service customers. By his/her actions, the Service Advisor influences the volume of service business done and plays a key role in assuring customer satisfaction. The Service Advisor is responsible for writing a repair order that complies with the rules and regulations of the Bureau of Automotive Repair and the policies and procedures of the dealership.
Audi Service Technician
The Service Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles and for doing work quickly, but correctly. The Service Technician's quality of work directly influences customer satisfaction, loyalty, and departmental profits.
Receptionist (Part Time)
The receptionist always greets customers promptly, courteously and professionally. Smiles and demonstrates pleasant behavior. Uses the customer's name whenever appropriate. Greet customers "at the window" immediately upon arrival. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for most customers, and as such is a critical position within the dealership.
The Lot Technician is responsible for car washing for presentation to guests and for preparing vehicles for delivery when they are finished. Lot Technicians need to perform other duties as assigned by their direct supervisor, on an as needed basis. Parking vehicles, shuttling customers, making sure that customers vehicles are in a very clean and presentable condition.
Vehicle Acquisitions Specialist
This is a position for friendly, customer focused individuals who are able to manage internet appointment leads, setting up appointments, and the initial impression new customers have of the dealership. By his/her actions, the BDC Representative greatly affects the dealership's success rate in acquiring new appointments and the overall shop productivity.
